Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback Looks Good in Aurora Violet

[ad_1]

One of the key attributes of Audi’s e-tron models for many customers is their lack of distinct EV styling. Most of Audi’s customer base is used to its existing design language and styling cues, so getting them to buy electric vehicles means keeping the design mostly the same. However, to attract typical EV buyers, and pull them away from brands like Tesla, Audi does need to add a bit of EV flair. The Audi Q4 e-tron seems to straddle that line well, looking both like a typical Audi crossover and like an EV. However, if you want to add a sportier edge, by equipping it with a killer color and Black Optics package.

In this new video from Auditography, we get to see an Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback wearing an ultra rare Aurora Violet paint color, which looks fantastic. At first glance, it looks black but if you catch the light with it, you can see its subtle, deep purple, giving the car a ton of added character.

This car also has a Black Optics package, which switches out all of its aluminum trim for black trim, giving it a sportier edge. That, combined with the Aurora Violet paint, makes the Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback looks like a much more exciting car. In that sort of spec, the Q4 e-tron should attract a lot of young buyers, which is exactly what Audi wants.

The car in this video is also an Audi Q4 e-tron 40, meaning it has the longest range, with a 77 kWh battery and just a single rear motor. In the real world, the Q4 e-tron 40 should get around 250 miles of range, which is more than enough to handle the vast majority of customers’ needs. It also should help current Audi crossover customers, such as Q5 customers, more willing to switch over to electric. Especially in a spec like this one.
