After being cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions, 7-Eleven has happily annouched that their Free Slurpee Day is back in 2021. There are a few changes from past years–in my opinion they’re improvements–so yippee! And just in time, it’s been a hot summer, and we could all use an icy cold drink to escape the heat.

Usually, Free Slurpee Day took place on July 11 to celebrate 7/11, and the delicious day meant that you could go back with your reusable cup as many times as you’d like all day to fill up. This year, they are extending the festivities to the entire month of July with massive discounts on Slurpees and food!

How to Get Your Slurp On in 2021

This year, 7-Eleven is switching things up to celebrate their birthday! Instead of just giving out free Slurpees only on July 11, you can get your slurp on all month long! To mark 7-Eleven’s 94th birthday, they’re giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy one free small Slurpee any day in July. You’ll have to be a 7Rewards Loyalty member, but it’s easy to sign up–just download the app to make a profile. Choose from popular Slurpee flavors like blue raspberry, pina colada, peach perfect and more.

That’s not all! After you stop into a store to get your free Slurpee, you’ll receive an offer in the app to get another small Slurpee for just $1 all month long! You can also get any of their grill items, like eggrolls, hot dogs and more, for just $1 each. On their actual birthday, July 11, you can their birthday cake donuts for just 50 cents!

As they have in past year, 7-Eleven is providing 1 million meals to Feeding America as part of their birthday celerbation.
