Check Out the Audi Q4 e-tron in New Auditography Video

[ad_1]

This new Audi Q4 e-tron is going to be the brand’s most important car, the car that will get existing Audi customers to switch to EVs, for a few reasons. For starters, it’s going to be Audi’s cheapest EV, with a starting price of $45,000 before tax incentives, pricing it just a smidge above the inferior Q5. Its range is also good enough (250 miles) that it can be used as an everyday driver. Lastly, and potentially most importantly, it’s great looking.

In this new video from Auditography, we get an up close and personal look at the Audi Q4 e-tron; its exterior, interior, and even some driving video. After seeing it close up in this video, we struggle to think why anyone would want the Q5 over the Q4.

From the outside, the Audi Q4 e-tron is one of the best looking crossovers the brand makes. It’s well proportioned, it looks more muscular than a typical EV crossover, its lines are sharp and crisp, and it features snazzy LED lighting. Its headlight and taillight dance alone are enough to sway buyers.

Inside, it’s pretty typical Audi but there are a few things that tell customers they’re in something special. The funky squared-off steering wheel is the first indicator. Then, there’s all the extra cubby space due to the lack of a traditional powertrain. What’s good is that customers who are used to Audi products will feel at home but they’ll also realize that it’s something just a bit different.

We can’t drive the Q4 e-tron yet so we have no idea of what it’s going to feel like. However, in this segment, looks are most important. Customers in the small, premium crossover segment buy based on looks, then technology, and the Q4 e-tron has tons of both. If Audi is going to sway customers from internal combustion to electrification, the Q4 e-tron is going to be the one to do it.
